Looking for a solution to your extreme wear areas and how to keep downtime to a minimum?  Our solution to your needs is a complex carbide overlay.  We avoid using chromium carbides for both our safety and yours, chromium when cut or applied gives off highly toxic fumes such as hexavalent chromium.  These toxic fumes are reduced or eliminated depending on the substrate or residual weld deposit from previous applications.

The boron carbides used in our process provide you with some of the hardest materials on Earth.  These overlays have equal to or greater wear properties and hardness than conventional chromium carbides.  The chemistry is all part of the process, not an additive.

Fabrication of the overlay products is still possible, you can weld, cut, form and machine products with the overlay applied.
