Refund policy

Our policy is you must return items within 30 days. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If you have a return or exchange please contact us at 605-368-5221 for return authorization. Once we authorize your return please send the product back to the Equipment Blades Inc. 2707 S. Carolyn Ave., Sioux Falls, SD 57106. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. ***Please note the original shipping cost may have been included into the price of the product. Therefore, the refund amount may be less than the original product price.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We reserve the right to refund the original amount less our original shipping costs (if applicable). Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
