RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING WITH A QUALIFIED ORDER! 

Shipping of your order

1. If the product is in stock it will ship from our warehouse located in Sioux Falls, SD within 24 hours. We will provide you with tracking information as soon as the product is shipped.  If the product is over 150 lbs it will ship LTL freight.  Product less than 150 lbs. will ship via UPS, USPO, DHL or Fed EX.  Customer can expect shipping lead time to be 1 to 10 business days. In stock product typically arrives within 3-5 business days depending on your location. If the product is not in stock you will promptly be notified and it may take 3 to 5 weeks for your order to be filled (we will clearly communicate this to you). 

2. Please double check and verify the dimensions and description including the hole pattern and bolt size of the part numbers in your order and verify they are correct.  We are happy to provide drawings and consult to verify the correct part #'s.  We recommend you put a tape measure to it.

3. Do not forget plow bolts!

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Our policy is you must return items within 30 days.  Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If you have a return or exchange please contact us at 605-368-5221 for return authorization. Once we authorize your return please send the product back to  Equipment Blades Inc. 27127 S Parklane Dr. Sioux Falls, SD 57106. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.  Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We reserve the right to refund the original amount less our original shipping costs (if applicable). Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
