Product Description

The Sveaverken F200 is a hardware-retrofitted, automated steering system engineered for agricultural tractors and machinery. The system utilizes real-time kinematic (RTK) differential positioning alongside an automated mechanical steering drive to achieve automated path tracking across field operations.

Guidance, Satellite, and Telemetry Systems

• Spatial Precision Margin: The system achieves a pass-to-pass accuracy threshold of $\pm$2.5 cm when connected to an active RTK correction network.

• Constellation Compatibility: The onboard GNSS receiver tracks multi-frequency signals across major satellite networks, including GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, and Galileo, maintaining signal locks during partial horizon obstructions.

• Correction Input Methods: Supports differential corrections via internal UHF Radio (410–470 MHz) for base-station configurations and NTRIP (cellular network) protocols.

• Attitude Compensation: An internal Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) calculates real-time pitch, roll, and yaw variations at high frequencies, dynamically adjusting steering vectors to compensate for sloped terrain and uneven soil conditions.

Control Terminal and Mechanical Assembly

• Display Interface: Operations are managed via a 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen terminal running an Android-based operating system. The interface displays real-time path deviation data, speed tracking, and field mapping boundaries.

• Actuator Drive: The factory steering wheel is replaced by a high-torque, brushless electric steering motor wheel. The direct-drive configuration interfaces with the vehicle's steering column via standardized spline adapters, eliminating mechanical backlash.

• Operational Patterns: Built-in calculation modules support multiple guidance patterns, including Straight Line (A-B Line), Adaptive Curve, and Pivot path generation.

Physical and Electrical Integrity

• Voltage Range: Compatible with standard heavy machinery electrical architectures, operating within a 12V to 24V DC input window.

• Environmental Protection: External components (GNSS antenna, steering actuator) carry an IP67 ingress rating, ensuring complete sealing against dust and high-pressure water exposure. Internal cab hardware carries an IP65 rating.

If the product is in stock it will ship from our warehouse located in Sioux Falls, SD within 24 hours. We will provide you with tracking information as soon as the product is shipped.  If the product is over 150 lbs it will ship LTL freight.  Product less than 150 lbs. will ship via UPS, USPO, DHL or Fed EX.  Customer can expect shipping lead time to be 1 to 10 business days. In stock product typically arrives within 3-5 business days depending on your location.  If the product is not in stock you will promptly be notified and it may take 3 to 5 weeks for your order to be filled (we will clearly communicate this to you). 

Please double check and verify the dimensions and description including the hole pattern and bolt size of the part numbers in your order and verify they are correct.  We are happy to provide drawings and consult to verify the correct part #'s.  We recommend you put a tape measure to it.
