MTG Systems TwinMet is a hammerless, 3-part tooth system for heavy excavators over 250 tons and draglines, built to withstand high-impact mining terrain.

• Hammerless Dual Pin Locking: Uses a hammerless dual-pin locking configuration to connect the components, ensuring safe, rapid, and hammer-free maintenance in any field condition.

• Reversible Symmetrical Components: Designed with symmetrical profiles that allow both the teeth and intermediate adapters to be flipped to counteract uneven wear and optimize steel utilization.

• Heavy-Duty 3-Part Configuration: Consists of a tooth, an intermediate adapter, and a weld-on nose to evenly distribute high-impact digging stresses across reinforced stabilization surfaces.

If the product is in stock it will ship from our warehouse located in Sioux Falls, SD within 24 hours. We will provide you with tracking information as soon as the product is shipped.  If the product is over 150 lbs it will ship LTL freight.  Product less than 150 lbs. will ship via UPS, USPO, DHL or Fed EX.  Customer can expect shipping lead time to be 1 to 10 business days. In stock product typically arrives within 3-5 business days depending on your location.  If the product is not in stock you will promptly be notified and it may take 3 to 5 weeks for your order to be filled (we will clearly communicate this to you). 

Please double check and verify the dimensions and description including the hole pattern and bolt size of the part numbers in your order and verify they are correct.  We are happy to provide drawings and consult to verify the correct part #'s.  We recommend you put a tape measure to it.
