The FJDynamics LM03 Line Marker Kit is a specialized, modular attachment engineered to convert the FJDynamics Rough Ranger autonomous turf platform into an automated sports field line painting system. Utilizing the base unit’s RTK GNSS and LiDAR positioning infrastructure, the kit dispenses turf-approved paint across customizable field layouts with centimeter-level precision.

• Adjustable Nozzle Control: Features an electronically monitored spray nozzle with variable height (30 mm – 120 mm) and width settings (50 mm – 170 mm) to meet standard line width regulations for different sports federations.

• Integrated Fluid Handling: Houses a 25-liter paint reservoir designed with quick-connect fluid lines and anti-clogging filter assemblies to maintain uniform paint pressure.

• Paint Efficiency Management: Controls pressure flow relative to travel speed to maintain consistent line opacity while reducing paint consumption compared to manual line marking.

2. Autonomous Navigation & Path Precision

• RTK Centimeter Accuracy: Leverages the Rough Ranger’s RTK GNSS setup to execute straight lines, arcs, hash marks, and corner boxes without physical string lines or manual layout staking.

• Resume & Interruption Protocol: Remembers exact path coordinates when paused for paint refills or field moves, resuming spray operations at the precise stopping point to avoid double-painting or gap gaps.

3. Digital Layouts & Software Integration

• Pre-Loaded Field Templates: Integrates with the FJD mobile app / tablet controller, offering standardized templates for soccer, American football, rugby, lacrosse, and baseball fields.

• Custom Layout Mapping: Allows operators to digitize custom multi-sport field layouts, logos, or non-standard boundary dimensions using handheld mapping tools or app-defined GPS points.

If the product is in stock it will ship from our warehouse located in Sioux Falls, SD within 24 hours. We will provide you with tracking information as soon as the product is shipped.  If the product is over 150 lbs it will ship LTL freight.  Product less than 150 lbs. will ship via UPS, USPO, DHL or Fed EX.  Customer can expect shipping lead time to be 1 to 10 business days. In stock product typically arrives within 3-5 business days depending on your location.  If the product is not in stock you will promptly be notified and it may take 3 to 5 weeks for your order to be filled (we will clearly communicate this to you). 

Please double check and verify the dimensions and description including the hole pattern and bolt size of the part numbers in your order and verify they are correct.  We are happy to provide drawings and consult to verify the correct part #'s.  We recommend you put a tape measure to it.
